Did some artsy stuff with my son this weekend and it was great to do something with absolutely zero plan or goal. Just a bunch of old art supplies and let’s see what happens.

Also, our daughter left on Sunday for her very first scout camp, and will be gone for the whole week, which is making me both ridiculously proud and equally worried at the same time. So maybe the painting was partly therapeutic on my end.
