We spent this weekend in Berne without kids, where we treated ourselves with lots of walks around the old-town and along the Aare river, a visit to the local hammam, some nice food and – most importantly – sleeping in for as long as we bloody wanted to. It was the first time we did anything like this since having kids and it was very much needed!
