Look at this beauty.
I’ve been drinking coffee for as long as I can remember, but never really thought or cared too much about how it’s made. I appreciated a good espresso when I got one, but also drank whatever puddle was in front of me, as long as it contained enough caffeine and got the job done.
Now, with me getting nearer to my forties, and enough space in the kitchen, I thought it’s finally time to upgrade my setup and become a coffee snob home barista as well. After a bit of research I fell in love with the “La Pavoni” hand-lever machines and started to look out for some offers. It still took me a few months of bidding to find a beautiful one that I could afford, and last week I finally got it delivered.
I love everything about this machine and the coffee is already so much better than anything I was used to.
