I had a fantastic time at the Reisefieber Festival with some friends this weekend!

In hindsight it probably wasn’t exactly the safest of all ideas to stay outside and dance in the rain, with weather forecasts predicting severe storms all around Switzerland. I am grateful that we ended up being lucky with only some rain, but it’s devastating to see the images coming out of the Maggia Valley and elsewhere today, with villages destroyed, bridges demolished (this one I photographed just a few months ago is completely gone now) and some people still missing.

Hard to imagine what would have happened, if even a small piece of that would have been hitting us up on that hill.
