After the first snow this week turned into slush pretty quickly, we had quite some snow this night, turning everything around into some kind of winter wonderland.

Also, one of our kids is staying overnight with the grandparents and the other one with his godmother, which makes this the first night in nearly four years where we are “home alone”. Feels strange, but also very calm and quiet so far.
