I’m not a big fan of Waterfalls to be honest. Most of them are completely overhyped tourist attractions, where you drive and walk for hours to see a little bit of water trickling down a few meters (and thats if you’re lucky). Today was the first time I wasn’t completely disappointed by a waterfall – Cascata del Salto, just above Maggia, was very well worth it.
